Thursday Afternoon Join us for afternoon tea (and beer) in the village of Evenley just outside Brackley for registration. Meet up with friends old and new and be introduced to your hosts for the weekend.
Thursday Evening After you have refreshed from your journey its 'Party Time'. Meet up with some more visitors when you go for supper (and more beer) at the homes of Brackley Tablers and 41'ers.
Friday Morning With Silverstone Grand Prix motor racing circuit nearby, Brackley is the home of Formula One. We will be visiting the headquarters of F1 racing team BAR to tour the factory and find out some of the secrets of motor racing.
Friday Afternoon Then we will go back to Evenley where the Table Chairmen will get together for the 'Official Table Meeting' (and a beer) to plan who will be hosting next years meeting.   After a barbecue lunch (with beer), experience the sound of leather on willow as we spend the afternoon playing cricket on the village green, along with some other gentle sports competitions accompanied with champagne and strawberries.
Friday Evening Fancy dress is required when we go 'Down On The Farm' for a barn dance at a farm in Croughton near Brackley. Plenty to eat and drink well into the early hours of Saturday morning.
Saturday Morning A 30 minute drive from Brackley takes us to Oxford for a tour around the 'City Of Dreaming Spires'. Time for shopping or more beer for those too tired to shop.
Saturday Afternoon Towards lunchtime we will stroll down to the banks of the River Cherwell. Picnic with some Pimms in the meadows followed by a fun afternoon punting before returning to Brackley.
Saturday Evening Time to squeeze into your dinner suits and best dresses ready for the Gala Dinner & Dance at Brackley Town Hall. The Table Chairmen can make their speeches and presentations, while the rest of us eat, drink and be merry.
Sunday Morning Back to the Market Square in Brackley for a farewell brunch at the Town Hall. Hugs and kisses for everyone as we say "See you next year!"
